Effective in May, Italian machinery supplier GDM SpA acquired the exclusive worldwide rights to provide after-sales service for SSP technology. SSP Technology SpA, a hygiene equipment specialist formerly headquartered in Garlasco, Italy, recently closed its doors. The agreement covers original equipment, spare parts and technical assistance. The acquisition positions GDM as a global supplier of after-sales services for manufacturers currently using GDM or SSP lines or SSP equipment/technology.
